Katie went paragliding in Switzerland in 2019 and has been itching to go again ever since!

We're flying to Italy for our honeymoon!!!

We've had many adventures together in Acadia National Park and love this raised relief map that shows the terrain of the area.

Given our various food restrictions, soups have become a staple in our meal rotation. We've become immersion blender converts for blended soups.

We are hoping to do more backpacking together and this lightweight tent will help us make that happen!

We love camping together and want to do more backpacking and have been looking for some quality sleeping bags.

These will help us get out backpacking and trail running more, which is something we love to do together.

It wouldn't be a Katie and Dan trip without copious amounts of chocolate. We'll try as many local chocolates as we can!

This is a splurge we've been thinking about for years! Maybe we'll learn some espresso tricks on our Dolomites excursion.

This will have a spot on our counter right next to our espresso machine 🥰

We are planning to step up our vegetable growing over the next few years and these growing boxes are our go-to way to grow veggies on our porch!

We love cooking gluten, dairy free pizzas! Admittedly, they look more like salads than pizzas but they are a job nonetheless. Having a pizza stone will take our game to a whole new level.

Jackson, NH is our favorite place to XC ski and we plan to go as much as we can this coming winter! We managed to make it out there once last winter but I'll hopefully be in a better place to keep up with Katie this year!

Oleana is our favorite restaurant in Cambridge and we're always looking for an excuse to go. Come join us there next time you are visiting!
