As of now, we have nowhere for our 100lb. dog to go run around (or she will run away), so we need to build a fence around the back yard, and have to hire professionals since our land is built on bedrock (We already own the fencing). We are also wanting to build a back double decker deck that goes up to the outside of our bedroom with an out building. Our back deck now isn't big enough to put a few chairs on, so we would love an area to have friends over, grill and to relax together in our amazing home.

I'd love to add a railing to our front porch, new lighting/fans, new shutters, a walk way to our driveway so I don't sink in the mud every time it rains, new gutters, and build a nice area up for a garden with an irrigation system.

As much as we love the look and smell of the carpet that came with the house (70's brown with a nice musk), we are looking to upgrade the Master bedroom, Chloe's room, and the upstairs 3rd room (my office/maybe someday a baby room?) with some new carpet. I would also love some bedroom furniture for Chris and I that wasn't owned by our grandparents (as much as that means to us, I'd like something to call our own). We are also looking to build a walk in closet in our master bedroom, and double doors that go out onto a balcony.

We are so excited for our friends and family to join us for the wedding in Mexico, but believe it or not, Chris and I have never been on a vacation with just the 2 of us in our 6+ years. We would both love to go to Iceland and discover it together for our 1 year anniversary/honeymoon. Whale watching, Northern Lights, Snowmobiling, Dog Sledding, Hot Springs, Volcanos, Geysers, Ice Caves, Blue Lagoon, and waterfalls. Who wouldn't want to discover this "Otherworldly" land?

We are adding granite countertops, installing our dishwasher, adding a new sink and a backsplash. We will also be painting cabinets and updating hardware.
