Our master bathroom needs help! Our renovation plan includes replacing our single sink with a new 2-sink vanity, reconfiguring and retiling the shower to make room for the vanity, new fixtures for the shower, and a new tile floor.

We love our 1940's house, but it has some odd quirks. One of which are a series of doors in our master bedroom that lead to nowhere. We'd like to finish the project that the previous owners started by reconfiguring the doors and adding a balcony off the back of the house where we will be able to sit and watch our garden grow.

Our driveway is turning into a mud pit. We'd like to redo the driveway with pervious pavers, define three parking spots at the end of the driveway, and add a retaining wall to frame it all in.
