Welcome friends and family to our honeymoon page! We have planned a trip to Hawaii right after our wedding. We will spend a week on the Big Island and a week in Maui. As with any geographically isolated island, there are many invasive species that are not native to the island which adversely affect the natural Hawaiian ecosystem. A donation to NARS will go toward specific on-the-ground management actions such as planting trees, removing invasive plants, and removing hooved animals and predators. And it will help offset our presence on the island.
