They visit local farmers and ranchers weekly to collect the freshest, most seasonal ingredients for your dinner table: fruits and veggies, meats and dairy, grains and flowers and so much more - including unique regional discoveries.

Option one:
The Complete Box includes a Meal Plan with recipes from our farm-to-table chef for 5 meals using the ingredients in the box. 
Complete Box:

<li>Produce (fruits &amp; vegetables)</li>
<li>Meat (2-3 cuts)</li>
<li>1 dozen eggs</li>
<li>Cheese (cheddar, jack, or cream cheese)</li>
<li>1 qt. of fresh squeezed orange juice</li>
<li>1 grain, mix, or pulse (dried beans, pie crust, tortilla shells, or gluten free almond pancake mix)</li>
<li>1 bag of nuts, dried fruit or seeds</li>
<li>1 regional specialty (honey, olive oil, walnut oil, wild mushrooms, a jar of hand-made jam, pickles, chutney, or heirloom tomatoes)</li>

The Real Food Box includes fruit to snack on plus a Recipe Card with recipes from our farm-to-table chef for 2 meals (one omnivore and one vegetarian) using the ingredients in the box.
