We're currently working with a $40 Craigslist fridge that Josh bought when the fridge that came with the house completely broke down 2 weeks after he bought the house. It leaks some mystery liquid out the bottom, and the seals are falling off...help!

Maintenance cleaning is where it's at. Our entire house is carpet, and this little guy would be perfect to help keep the floors clean throughout the week and save us from lugging the full-sized vacuum all over our 3-level townhouse (let's be honest - this really means we just never vacuum).

while redoing out bathroom, Tina painted the wainscoting on what she thought was a plastic dropcloth...which was in fact our brand new shower curtain. and yet, we hung the painted one up anyways. a year later, it's still in our shower. THEREFORE, a new curtain would be much appreciated so our future guests don't go, "...what??"

We know this one seems lame...but sometimes the practical gifts are the most helpful!

Already have a set of Sharp Select knives and LOVE them - this set has a second chef's knife (which we need) plus a two more types of knives we don't have.

We have this set already and really enjoy the simplicity. Only having 8 settings has been a challenge multiple times when having guests over, and having a little more room between doing dishes is always nice too! We're looking for 2 more sets to bring us up to 16 settings total.

This amazingly cute stand mixer would fit our copper look in the kitchen so perfectly!

every time we go on a date night (yes, date night) I (Tina) sit in this chair and say "UGH, I want this chair!!" and it's true! I really love this chair! Just look at it!

After we repainted all our exterior trim and replaced the shutters, our old numbers look so drab. These numbers in a more modern font would be the perfect final piece to complete the look!

Good clamps are the best tools when doing wood projects - which is a hobby Josh is trying to get back into. Whenever we're repairing furniture or gluing up new projects, it's always a struggle because we just have to stack up books and other heavy things. These would help immensely.

With so many projects around the house, Josh is constantly borrowing saws from his dad. This one is perfect for the kind of projects we need done, and is small enough that we can actually store it at the townhouse. It's a perfect fit!

we already have a few of these from IKEA - they're just our style. we need a few more since we currently don't have enough to serve a full meal!

Tina has a pretty bad back (old woman already!) and would really appreciate a good kitchen mat for support while doing dishes!

this is a MUST for our household. sometimes you just need a big ole' scoop of ice cream after a long day; spoon-sized servings won't cut it!

Our dishwasher is THE WORST. We're planning on all-new appliances in a year or so, but this one we might want to do ASAP because ours is pretty terrible. HELP.
