We have always loved adventuring. We hope to visit the mountains for 3-5 days at a time every few weeks, for as long as we can. We will make the absolute most of our days, being present in some of our most cherished destinations, like Rock Creek, Bishop Creek, Convict Lake, Mammoth Lakes, and Big Sur. Your support will facilitate our time spent connecting with nature and each other, by covering things like cabin lodging, pet sitters, meals, and transportation.

The fanciest of our travel plans, and maybe the closest thing to "honeymoon..." We're eyeing a stay at Big Sur's Esalen Hot Springs. There, we will sleep in a cliffside ocean-view room, soak in the hot springs, meditate in the forest, and enjoy decadent meals.

Help sponsor a night in a cozy cabin in the Sierra Nevada mountains. We hope to go for 3-5 days at a time, every couple of weeks, for as long as we can. We'll stay in rustic cabins on the eastern side of the Sierra, in places in like Rock Creek, Bishop Creek, Convict Lake, and Mammoth Lakes. These places are not only beautiful, but hold a special place in our hearts and memories. We'll sit on the porch and "just be," listening to the creek and leaves.

An ever-appreciated treat! We love to grab sushi in El Segundo, go to the Metro Cafe for trout or pasta, pick up thai food from Ekkamai, or snag a burger at Ercoles in Manhattan Beach.

After leisurely waking up in the mountains, we love to walk to the local lodge and share some blueberry pancakes, a breakfast burrito, coffee, and OJ.

Treat us to our favorite local fish tacos -- our go-to takeout meal when the cravings are high and there's no time to cook.

We're hoping to fly to Monterey, for an easy visit to Big Sur (rather than drive 6 hours). Once in Big Sur, we hope to spend 5 days at the Esalen Hot Springs.

Treat us to a coffee and a croissant! We love to split an almond croissant from Lodge Bread, our local favorite shop.
