Founded in 2013, by Beth’s father & his best friend, the Northern Central Railway is a nonprofit organization located in New Freedom, PA. With a replica 1860s steam locomotive, NCR hosts excursions that educate, entertain, & enlighten individuals of all ages. Beth’s family are still very active in the railroad, which honors the memory of her father with the #17 William H. Simpson steam engine.
