One of our big goals in the near future is to buy a piece of land outside of Dakar. We want to have a home base here that is ours that we can build on and not have to pay rent when we aren’t here! We hope to share our time between the US and Senegal in the future so this makes a lot of sense for us to have a home base here that’s ours. We hope to buy a plot next to family here so that we can build our own little village community among our close friends and family here, and make a space for both airbnb and for my friends and family to come from the US.

For relaxing in our Airbnb’s!

Having several airbnbs being our main business, its becoming tricky to keep on top of washing all the sheets and towels produced by our guests, let alone our own clothes! A washing machine would really help us save time from washing clothes by hand

We can never have enough hammocks, between our airbnbs and our house and common spaces. These are huge though and can be brought in the place of a checked bag
