Our plan is to fly to Edinburgh from Charlotte on Sunday, October 19, then travel to Dublin on Thursday, October 23, then back home to Charlotte on Sunday, October 26.

A must-do on Jeremiah’s list is touring the Tynecastle Stadium, home ground of Scottish Professional Football League club Heart of Midlothian.

To know Tiffany is to know her love for food. This walking tour includes a stop at a cafe to learn how to make an Irish coffee, a bakery to sample sausage rolls, a restaurant to sample Irish cheeses, a seafood venue to sample local oysters, and finally a restaurant that serves traditional Irish dishes.

A must-do item on Tiffany’s list is dinner at the Witchery in Edinburgh, a historic, gothic, fine-dining experience located on a Royal Mile. It is said to be haunted by one of the thousand who were burned for witchcraft in the 15th and 16th centuries.

Both Tiffany and Jeremiah are excited to visit the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin. This tour includes a stop at the Guinness Academy to learn how to pour the perfect pint.

Both Tiffany and Jeremiah are excited to travel to Northern Scotland to visit the Scottish Highlands. This day trip departs from Edinburugh and starts with a stop in the village of Pitlochry for coffee and a stroll through town. The next stop is in Glenfinnan to see the Glenfinnan Viaduct and Loch Shiel, both recognizable from the Harry Potter movies. Next on the itinerary is to board the Jacobite steam train to journey through the highlands. Finally, we will make a stop in Glencoe to conclude the trip.
