After the wedding, we will be hopping on our bikes and journeying further into the archipelago. Despite spending many summers together in Finland, we've never ventured beyond Kustavi. We will be taking ferries and biking to Mariehamn, Aland. Upon arrival, we will be staying at the HavsVidden Cliff Houses to enjoy the city before biking back.

Jason and I have recently been taking a woodworking with handtools class that we've enjoyed quite a bit. We're already envisioning building new furniture for our home, as well as gifts for friends. If you're so inclined, we would appreciate contributions to our fund for new tools. This would likely include Japanese waterstones to keep our tools sharp, as well as a wider variety of chisels and planes to take on different types of projects.

As you well know, we love to cook. Especially together. Especially new and different cuisines. We plan to use this fund for those special occasions when we're searching for a rare ingredient or might want to stock up on items from Zingerman's, our favorite specialty food store.
