Defending Reproductive Justice by the nonprofit 3 Generations helps tell reproductive justice stories through an intergenerational lens. They have begun the work of interviewing people across generations about how reproductive justice has shaped their lives, what they hope to see for the future, and how abortion fits into a holistic reproductive justice framework. In addition to filming these stories, they are researching new ways to share information about abortion in the United States.
The landscape of abortion access in the United States has become dark, fragmented, and violent in the wake of the Dobbs decision in June 2022. This comes at a time when abortion access is more important than ever: for the first time in 30 years, the decline in abortions in the United States has reversed. Uncertainty in legality has caused pharmacy's to stop filling prescriptions and doctors to delay care; women and others who may become pregnant are in danger.
Telling stories is the first step towards change. 3 Generations believes that sharing stories from pre-Roe and stories from post-Dobbs can heal a generational divide and connect activists in a broad-based coalition. This is an all hands on deck moment: they will interview women young and old about their abortion stories, and will investigate how reproductive justice matters along generational, racial, and economic lines.
The project will bring awareness to how crucial choice is when is comes to reproductive healthcare, and it will bring new stories to light that illustrate why reproductive justice matters for us all.

Come to Their Rescue aims to raise awareness and funds for the ASPCA, the first humane organization to be granted legal authority to investigate and make arrests for crimes against animals, to continue to provide local and national leadership in three key areas: caring for pet parents and pets, serving victims of animal cruelty and providing positive outcomes for at-risk animals.
Helping homeless animals find forever homes is one of the ASPCA's top priorities. While they are making a difference, the sad fact is that every year more than 7 million animals enter shelters nationwide and almost 3 million don't make it out. Come to Their Rescue is a campaign dedicated to changing this situation by raising awareness and action on behalf of these animals in need.
The ASPCA is dedicated to changing the pet homelessness situation by improving the lives of abused animals and providing positive outcomes for at-risk shelter animals. In order to make a significant impact in raising awareness and support, they are inviting people like you, in neighborhoods like yours, all across the country to Come to Their Rescue. Their goal is to form a "Rescue Squad" large enough to represent each of the 3 million at-risk animals in the US.
