Jesse and I have always dreamed of going to Italy, and we are so excited to make this dream come true! Thank you for helping us accomplish this dream. Milan will kick off our honeymoon with beautiful views of the Duomo, shopping galleries, and the last super painting.

Leaving our boys for so long will be harder than the 20 hour flight to Italy and back, however knowing they are safe and having fun with other pups gives us so much relief! At Lucky Day Pet Boarding we know the dogs are going to be well looked over with plenty of playtime.

The year of 2025 is the year of Jubilee! The Pope opens the holy doors every 25 years and allows people to walk through. Walking through the doors offers an "extraordinary pathway" toward salvation with a special indulgence. This is one of the biggest highlights of our trip!

Venice is such a beautiful and romantic city. Jesse and I cant wait to get lost in these streets, ride the gondola, take the boat bus, and eat plenty of gelato!

Florence is the 2nd most exciting city Jesse and Jasmine cant wait to visit! From the Duomo, to the bridges, the gardens, museums, countryside, and food markets, there's so much to fill into just 4 nights.

On our first day in Rome, we will visit Ancient Rome. Growing up, Jasmine was a huge fan of Rick Riordan, an author of stories based on Greek, Egyptian, and Roman mythology. Making the Colosseum and the rest of the ruins a must see sight for the couple!

The Uffizi is such a fantastic art museum in Florence! Jesse and Jasmine are super excited to explore it together. They've checked out a bunch of museums during their time together, but they can't wait to dive into all the amazing experiences Florence has in store. They’re especially looking forward to seeing the beautiful masterpieces, The Birth of Venus and Primavera, at the Uffizi Gallery.

The Accademia Gallery is a smaller museum in Florence; however, it is home to one of the most recognizable sights: Michelangelo's statue David. The David stands 17 feet tall and is a marvelous sight that Jesse and Jasmine are excited to see.

Jesse and Jasmine have a long 20-hour flight ahead of them! Upon arrival, the couple anticipates feelings of excitement, soreness, and jet lag from the journey, lol. They plan to kick off their honeymoon with a relaxing spa day to help them recharge for the many adventures that await!

In addition to wandering through the beautiful streets and enjoying plenty of gelato, two of the city's biggest attractions are Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica, which serve as the seat of government and the head of the church, respectively. Both buildings are rich in history and feature stunning murals that adorn their interiors, making them a must-see for the couple, and their main attraction in Venice!

One thing we will be doing at all the locations we visit is enjoying the delicious food and wine! We are excited to enjoy all the pasta, cheese, gelato, and wine our stomachs can handle! All the walking we are going to do cant save us from the weight we are bound to gain being tempted by such deliciousness.
