Majengo Children's Home
Group gift
Located in the village of Mto wa Mbu, Tanzania, Majengo is home to 64 vulnerable children between the ages of 3 and 20. Each child receives all the necessities: food, clothing, medical care, education, and love. Majengo also supports 203 children in the surrounding community with education, essentials and mentorship. Danielle was lucky enough to visit this community in 2019 to run a science lab with a group of girls. We can vouch this is a wonderful place for children and their future!

Save the Bay, Rhode Island
Group gift
Save The Bay has championed Rhode Island's Narragansett Bay, invested in education of the community, and committed to protecting and preserving all parts of the ecosystem—from coastal salt marshes, beaches and dunes, to upland forests, rivers and streams, to urban ponds and waterways, to aquatic habitats such as eelgrass, mud flats and shellfish beds. The Women of Honor, Maddy Butts, also worked at the Save the Bay Aquarium in her Nature Girl phase. We loved it.
