We recently purchased a 1980 rancher in Scottsdale, AZ and have been doing our best to tackle projects that not only bring it up to code and increase energy efficiency, but also make it feel like a home. From new windows and duct work to numerous landscaping projects and interior renovation goals, it feels like we’ll be old and wrinkly (as shown above) before we get it to a place where we can just kick back and enjoy.
