We’ve spent many hours driving along the “mother road” to visit family or friends and after we found our home in Pecos along the original route 66 we became more interested in the history of it. This year route 66 turns 100 years old and we would like to take a chance to slow down and check out all the fun quirky spots we have only wondered about as we passed by on the interstate.
