Which is tricky in the era of COVID-19, since we haven't been able to see any in person yet and are supposed to limit travel, but we're determined. Who knew these were for wine? We have a couple in clear, but saw the blue ones at a restaurant and couldn’t get over how cute they are.

Glenn & Amy's projects are normally spread out on our kitchen table, so we often eat standing at the kitchen counter. Help us take a seat!

Glenn's desk from middle school gave a good decade+ of service, but time has come for a replacement...

Incidentally Glenn gets a little claustrophobic when underground, so we'll be easing into the crawling-through-barely-human-sized-passages thing.

The houses in Louisville tend to be petite, and lack significant closet space.

Fabric that is soft, breathable, and both warm enough for Amy and cool enough for Glenn? Magic.

Amy is afraid of freezing in Louisville and Glenn overheats at the drop of a hat. Fancy merino wool lined duvets should keep both comfy.

Glenn would love the option of bringing a camera and a couple of lenses in an integrated system on backpacking trips.

Amy recently went to Big Bend and borrowed her friend Jillian's backpack! She really ought to get her own though.

After attempting to hike 6+ liters of water up to the South Rim, Amy realized the weight savings of a light tent would be no joke.

Amy’s old Coleman bag wasn’t packable, so she was saved again by Jillian’s Kelty sleeping bag. Found out while researching, women’s bags are comfort rated rather than safety rated, so they’re more likely to keep you warm to the advertised temperature.

Glenn is a car camper, so he too needs a sleeping bag for backpacking. He is also a side sleeper, and feels a little trapped in most mummy bags.

Amy and Glenn have a great set of stainless steel pans, but holy cow are eggs over-easy hard to do without non-stick.

Just as good as a pizza stone, and far more useful.

Makes stovetop steaks 100% tastier, and good for doing grilled veggies and fajitas.

Mom swears by these bowls, and still has all of hers from her wedding registry!

Even good for cereal, though it's a mighty hefty bowl of cereal.

Upon microwaving, our little bowls usually get hotter than the food inside them which is really weird. And maybe bad?

Glenn's Vitamix is on its last legs! Over 10 years of faithful service making all-the-things, and now it sounds real funny when it's on...

Glenn loves these glasses for their durability and ease of stacking (no glasses stuck together). Amy's come around to the style.

Old Sparky is the corded drill Amy picked up from a yard sale somewhere between Kerville and Harper, TX. It has hung curtains, assembled a wall mounted Elfa organizer, and more! Just don't tell it we're in the market for a replacement.

Amy helped her friend Michael move into his college apartment and was shocked that he hung shelving without a level. Amy can hear Michael laughing now.

Instead of shams, why not have two more regular sized pillows you can use while sleeping?

We are down to 2 large Ikea bowls. Amy swears she had it! And then she didn’t... 😆

The magic number of bowls is apparently 6 for entertaining purposes, and Amy's really into the mismatched color theme.

Glenn would just like bowls that do what they're supposed to do in the microwave.

In the event of a party we have mugs, so many mugs, but serving cream or sugar...?

Glenn wants a french press, but Amy goes crazy when she drinks coffee. Small travel french for the win.

We tried linen sheets on a queen bed and are now obsessed. The magic of linen is real, friends, and we would love to have them for our new king bed.

That's ok though, Amy's wigged out by heights, and heights are a much more common daily occurrence. At least we're not scared of the same thing?

Amy didn’t think she needed a creamer jug, but this one is adorable. Glenn is still uncertain about the need for a creamer.

Old Rusty is the screwdriver that came with Old Sparky, and it's as reliable as ever. It would be nice to get things done a little faster though.

Caves are often damp and drippy, which is unfriendly to snacks, phones, extra headlamp batteries, that creeping sense of fear...
