<li>Present to front desk personnel for redemption.</li>
<li>We do not allow for mobile redemption at this time. You must print your eGift Card and present it to front desk personnel to redeem.</li>

Terms &amp; Conditions

<li>Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed unless recipient has properly registered them. Only the balance remaining on registered Gift Cards will be replaced.</li>
<li>Gift Cards may not be valid where restricted by law.</li>
<li>Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash or other consideration.</li>
<li>Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of this certificate is the recipient’s responsibility.</li>
<li>Locations listed on certificate are subject to change without notice.</li>
<li>Gift Cards are fully transferable and combinable.</li>
<li>Gift Cards may be used for the aforementioned at Fairmont Hotels &amp; Resorts locations, Raffles Hotels &amp; Resorts and Swissôtel Hotels &amp; Resorts. They may NOT be used interchangeably.</li>
