We plan to start our adventure in Stockholm and visit the tiny island of Kumlinge. From there we will travel overland to Germany, stopping in the Netherlands and Belgium. Eventually, we will make our way to the UK and back home to the Dallas.

We will spend the first week of our Honeymoon at Hotel Svala. Kumlinge is an island of quiet forests, walking trails and the atmosphere of a simpler time. We plan to stay at various Airbnb throughout our trip to experience the local vibe and hospitality.

The Viking Cinderella departs from Stockholm at 5:30p and arriving in Mariehamn at 7:30a the next morning. From there we will take another ferry to Kumlinge.

Glada Laxen is a lovely restaurant one island over when you book you get picked up in a boat and returned to Kumlinge after dinner. On Bärö there is also an old watchtower to climb and he offers a wood-fired sauna as well.
