Casa Marianella in Austin welcomes displaced immigrants and promotes self-sufficiency by providing shelter and support services. In addition, Casa offers access to legal and medical resources, food, clothing, English classes, and other resources. The majority of residents come directly from detention centers. Casa Marianella currently consists of an adult shelter, a shelter for women and children, and a family shelter. The agency as a whole shelters an average of 325 individuals annually.

Meals on Wheels Central Texas provides a consistent lifeline for older adults in need. Each business day, they prepare thousands of meals in house. Volunteers help deliver meals and vital safety checks across Central Texas. Since 1972, MOW Central Texas has been dedicated to ending local older adult hunger and isolation, serving over 5000 adults. They also offer services like in-home care, home repairs, grocery delivery (including pet food), and more.
