Dill is the most renowned restaurant in Iceland; we cannot wait to experience this culinary adventure! (And it will be an adventure since Andrew does not care for fish and Erika doesn't like dill). None the less, we are excited to test our palettes with new flavors and textures. We will have a 7 course meal paired with the recommended wine.

We will be renting a car to explore the Southen region of the island on our way to Jökulsárlón Glacier. We will stop to see Skaftafell and hopefully get some great pics of the waterfall.

Prior to our Ice Cave Tour, we will be staying in a hotel near Skaftafell. The hotel will be great for relaxing, playing games, and enjoying some drinks with dinner.

Waterfalls, beaches, Northern Lights - oh my! Situated right in the centre of Reykjavík, this restaruant promises to provide Andrew with his pork fix (a break from all the sea food). Burro is recognized for its joyful experimentation both in the kitchen and at the bar.

Hosted by local reindeer herders; we will trot through the Finnish countryside while connecting with local culture and people. The tour concludes with a traditional lunch at the local Sami village.

A nocturnal adventure in the wilderness, speeding a long in a snowmobile, enjoying the panoramic views.

Help us embrace the Lappish culture by experiencing a 3 course meal of local favorites. Erika will indulge in 3-Course Charcoal Grilled Salmon Menu, while Andrew will sample the 3-Course Reindeer Filet Menu.

A 3 hours guided tour will take us up onto Vatnajokull Glacier where we will get to hike inside a beautiful ice cave.

Andrew bought a new camera to be able to snap pics of the Northern Lights during our trip. Since we're new to photography, we are going to take some classes and buy some accessories to make the memories last a lifetime.

We will be venturing over to Skaftafell and the East side of the island for a couple nights. We have a couple dinners planned to enjoy some Icelandic restaurants. Some drinks to keep us warm is a must!

After a relaxing experience at the Blue Lagoon, we will be hungry! Lava is known to be an excellent restaurant with delicious food and drinks. A great end to a relaxing day of fun.
