While in Japan there we plan to explore various regions including; Kanto, Chubu, and Kansi. A few of the prefectures we plan on visiting include Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, and Nagamo.

Eric and I both love to travel and explore new environments both state side and abroad. Japan has long been one of our bucket list destinations and we've decided to spend two weeks exploring various regions of the country.

While the kitchen appliances and items I've had since I moved into my first apartment during college have served us well, we feel its time to invest in a quality cookware and cooking appliances. We are planning on purchasing a stainless steel cookware set, a new espresso machine, and some kitchen aid mixer attachments. Any contributions will be greatly appreciated.

It's not surprise to any one who knows us that Eric and I are both avid readers. Currently the majority of our books are stored in boxes rather than on bookshelves. Over the next few years we plan on rectifying this and building a library corner in our home.

One of the main attractions to Nark Park is the opportunity to feed the wild sika deer that make this region their home. We will be making a day trip out to Nara Park from Kyoto or Osaka to visit the deer and visit Kasuga Taisha Shrine.

While in the Nagano prefecture we plan to stay in a Ryokan and visit the Snow monkey park! We also plan to tour Matsumoto Castle-the oldest surviving castle tower in the nation.

January kicks off Japans six tournament sumo season. This tournament takes place over 15 days in Tokyo's Ryogoku Kokugikan. Since we are lucky enough to be visiting while one of the national tournaments is going on we knew we couldn't miss the opportunity to see it live!

Eric and I love to visit Zoos and Aquariums everywhere we travel and no trip would be complete if we didn't visit at least one zoo! Izu Shaboten Zoo is famous for their onsen loving capybara's, viewable only during.
