Hey there! As you know, Austin lives in Carpio in a very seasoned house. He and his family have done a fabulous job fixing it up. You'll have to schedule a tour, the transformation really is miraculous! One of the last big-ticket items is a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The furnace currently in the house runs on diesel and is quite old. The house has never had air conditioning. We would like to add air condition at the same time as putting in a new heater.
