Alex and I cook almost every evening with our Thermomix (basically a European kitchen machine). We only have one of these pieces though which means that we can only usually cook one thing per day. Having a second one would unlock lots of new cooking possibilities for us :)

We have a Thermomix (European style of Kitchen machine). This is a cool accessory that allows you to slice and grate vegetables, which would let us make new kinds of dinners with our kitchen machine, including one of our favorites - potato pancakes.
