We bought our first house together June 2016. Now its time to tear down some walls and make some improvements! We need to finish our basement to create more living space. The biggest expense will be replacing the original tuck under garage door with french doors. We can't wait to start this project and be able to entertain our family and friends! We will be spending 3 nights at a beachfront Hotel on the island of Ischia, 4 nights in a Positano villa overlooking the sea, and then back to Rome for 3 nights in the city!

The only way to and from the Island of Ischia is on a Hydrofoil or simming. Since the Tyrrhenian Sea will most likely be a bit chilly, we will be taking the Hydrofoil. We will be traveling from Naples to the Island and from the Island to Sorento.

After all our travel and the wedding festivities we will be ready for some pampering and relaxation! The Island of Ischia is known for its thermal spas that embrace the island's natural volcanic activity, its hot springs, and its volcanic mud.

After experiencing the beauty of the Amalfi Coast, all that’s left to do is sit down and sample some of the culinary delights of a beautiful land. Your gift will help us eat our way through Italy!

Aperitivo describes a pre-dinner sipping and snacking ritual that we fully intend on embracing. A celebratory grazing session before a later meal, what could be better than that!?

The Sentiero degli Dei links the tiny hilltop town of Agerola with Nocelle, a fraction of Positano nestled on the slopes of Monte Peruso. The name of the footpath, The Path of the Gods, is an indication of the spectacular scenery enroute. Your gift will provide private transfer to the Path of the Gods.

We are going to leave driving the windy cliff side streets on the Amalfi Coast and the busy streets of Ischia to the professionals! To escape the crowded tourist busses, we would love to hire a driver to explore and transport us safely.

When we land in Rome, we will take the train to Naples to begin our excursion! When we have explored all of the Amalfi Coast, a train will take us back to Rome the last leg of our trip.
