We’re going to spend a weekend or two at a cabin in Vermont some time this summer, find some swimming holes and check out the woods. Maybe get an automatic cat litterbox, and some way to treat our super hard water at home? You know, fun stuff! Eventually, probably next summer, we’ll try to check out a national park or two, or hit the temperate rainforests of the pacific northwest.

We’re going to split this between: FFF Wildlife Rehab Center based in Hudson, NY. Lauren found a barred owl on the side of the road a couple years ago, brought it to FFF in a cardboard box, and we got to release it a few weeks later! Stray Help cat rescue in Poughkeepsie, where Lauren got our beloved cat Cricket back in 2017. For The Many in Poughkeepsie, which organizes and advocates for housing/healthcare/immigration/climate/racial justice throughout the Hudson Valley.
