We'll take in Queenstown's stunning lake and mountain views over lunch or dinner at Queenstown Stratosfare Restaurant and Bar. A scenic gondola ride will take us high above Queenstown where the six-course buffet dinner offers a range of local specialties. The restaurant’s tiered seating guarantees fantastic views from every table!

Kaikoura is famous for whales and dolphins and arguably one of the world's most exciting arenas for ocean going birds, and we'll have a chance to meet a considerable array of albatross, petrels, shearwaters, terns, shags and gulls!

Franz Josef Glacier is a spectacular glacier which is readily accessible being located in a temperate rain forest. Under the tuition of guides, we will first go through an helicopter flight over rugged terrain and then we’ll be be introduced you to the exhilarating sport of ice-climbing, whilst still enjoying the scenery of the Franz Josef Glacier!

We will climb the entire waterfall to the very top and finish by helicopter. Along the way we will cross a 3-wire bridge, go behind a 60m waterfall and climb through an airy overhang!

Valley Views is a hidden spot where we'll be staying in these adorable domes.The main building is where the showers, communal kitchen, and bathrooms are located. It’s all off the grid, running on solar power and with sustainability in mind. They even feed the green kitchen scraps to their chickens!

We will follow the fenced track downhill to the rocky coastline. At the end of the track we will find the handcarved rock tunnel that gives Tunnel Beach it's name and allows access to a secluded and sheltered beach at the base of the cliffs!

Treble Cone is the largest ski area in the South Island, most known for its views over Lake Wanaka and its intermediate to advanced terrain. We'ready to try out our snowboarding skills on its slopes!

The picturesque Marlborough Sounds boasts 1,500km of New Zealand coastline! Starting at Ship Cove, we'll cycle bush clad ridgelines to admire the view from the Queen Charlotte Track!

In the small coastal town of Kaikōura on the East Coast of New Zealand’s South Island the deep undersea canyon combines with unusual sea currents to attract an extraordinary abundance of marine life, the most famous being the Giant Sperm Whale. Whale Watch scheduled tours operate daily and they have a 95% success rate!

A UNESCO World Heritage site, Fiordland National Park features the majestic Milford and Doubtful Sounds which we can experience by boat, air or on foot!

Air Kaikoura is a small Aero Club where their pilots are qualified flight instructors. We'll take the controls of our two seater aeroplane whilst flying over the Kaikoura peninsula and coastline; enjoy stunning views and the experience of a lifetime!

We'll swim with wild New Zealand Fur Seals in the shallow waters of the beautiful Kaikoura Peninsula. Recently listed as one of the world's 'Top 10 Best Marine Encounters'!!

We'll visit four to five wineries ranging from the internationally famous to boutique, family-run wineries through the Koromiko mountain pass to the Marlborough wine region. We'll finish the day with a nibble of hand made gourmet chocolates at a chocolate factory!

Aoraki Mt Cook National Park is in the Dark Sky Reserve, meaning it is internationally recognised as having some of the darkest skies in the world. You can get high in the mountains in these locations, to see some magical displays of the southern lights!

Being on the water is a great way to Discover Milford Sound, New Zealand's most spectacular natural attraction. We plan to start with a scenic paddle to Sandfly Point and then visit Stirling Falls!

Abel Tasman National Park is renowned for its golden beaches, sculptured granite cliffs, and its world-famous coast track

Lake Wakatipu is the third largest lake in New Zealand and at 84 km long, The Z-shaped lake was carved out by a glacier more than 15,000 years ago during the last ice age

The Penguin Place is a private conservation reserve dedicated to helping the endangered Yellow-Eyed Penguin survive. It's the world’s first entirely tourism-funded conservation programme!

They say the Te Waikoropupu springs in Golden Bay are home to the clearest springwater in the world (the only place with clearer water is the salt water Weddell Sea in Antarctica). Underwater clarity tests have shown the water from the springs to have underwater visibility of 63 metres!

The 22 m falls are on the Tautuku River in Catlins Conservation Park and are often described as the most spectacular in the region

Hector’s Dolphins are an endangered dolphin native to the South Island of New Zealand. A marine reserve created at the mouth of the Akaroa Harbour has created a haven for Hector’s Dolphins, and consequently, it’s the best place to see these unique dolphins in the wild

Marlborough, on New Zealand's South Island is the largest wine growing region and home of the world-renowned sauvignon blanc!
