We need to travel from Copenhagen to Stockholm to start our Winter Adventure in Sweden!

We will be taking an 18 hour train trip traveling up the eastern coast of Sweden from Stockholm to Abisko. Our private sleeping cabin will provide views of the Baltic Sea, many villages and endless snow-covered mountains up to the Arctic Circle!

The sky station is an excellent location to observe the northern lights since there is no air pollution and the nearby lake Torne träsk, "the blue hole of Abisko” is said to keep the skies above the mountain station clear, even when fog covers other parts of Lapland. We'll go on a guided tour and hopefully see the northern lights!

On this adventure we'll be trained to be official mushers. Besides meeting and getting to play with the huskies, we will take them out into the wilderness in search of reindeer, moose, and the northern lights!

We'll be needing a few drinks to warm us up after we freeze our buns off in the arctic circle!

Once in London, we will be staying at the Grand Hotel across the street from Trafalgar Square!

This fund will be used as admission toward Big Ben, The London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Palace, Westminster Abbey, London Tower, Windsor Castle, and Kensington Palace. Hopefully we have enough time to see them all!

We're staying 4 nights in Copenhagen! The Copenhagen Star Hotel is in the middle of the City Center and just 5-10 minutes walking from transportation and all of the main events!

With this 72-hour Copenhagen card we'll have free admission to 79 museums and attractions, free public transportation, and discounts on restaurants and entertainment! Some of our excursions will include Tivoli Gardens on Christmas, Rosenborg Castle, Christiansborg Palace Tower and canal tours through the city!

We'll experience the beauty of the untouched Stockholm archipelago! The sightseeing cruise will be with one of the classic archipelago ships; either M/S Östanå I built in 1906 or S/S Stockholm built 1931.

We'll act like we're in Game of Thrones and brave the ice wall!

We'll enjoy a 4-course dinner at the Aurora Sky Station's restaurant! With 360-degrees of windows, we hope to have the northern lights as our backdrop!

The Ice Hotel is Scandinavia's original, as well as largest ice hotel in the world. Each year the ice hotel is built from ice from the Torne River, and artists from all over the world gather in the small village of Jukkasjärvi to create the Ice Hotel and all its art made of snow and ice. The interior is always between -5°C to -8°C, even when it gets up to -37°C outside.

We're spending New Year's Eve at the Story Hotel in Ostermalm, Stockholm! We don't even have to bare the cold because they have a New Year's Party at their bar!
