Little did you know, we have dreamed of owning a midcentury home in Palm Springs. With Drew's love of history and Gab's love for entertaining, Palm Springs provides the perfect mix of work/life balance that we need to stay inspired while doing the things we love.

There will be many shenanigans during our wedding day that we don't want to miss. Our plan is to hire a documentary-style photographer to "report on our wedding" to remember having our friends and our family all in one place is the greatest gift in the world.

Travel is a fundamental part of our relationship. So far we've been to Iceland, Japan (twice), Denmark, Greece, China, Turkey and Hong Kong. We aren't entirely sure where our Honeymoon will take us, but we know it is bound to be interesting.

Drew and I fell in love many years ago in Portland, Oregon. In addition to being the place where we first met, Portland is filled with some of our nearest and dearest friends. As part of our wedding festivities, Drew and I would love to visit Portland again to bring on the nostalgia and get all the feels.

Mornings in the Baiter / Downie household consist of early wake up calls before the sun comes up. Drew turns on our vintage radio and coffee kettle while I let Gable out. This design forward kettle (made by one of our dearest friends would replace our Bed Bath & Beyond kettle which we've had for the last 8 years.

Drew and I are your quintessential "pinot noir snobs" and Ayoub just so happens to be one of our favorite wineries in Oregon. When Drew and I first visited Ayoub, we were gifted a bottle that was bottled that day. After many years denying occasions to open up the bottle, we ended up opening up the bottle with our friend Shannon after 5 long years. These bottles would keep up the tradition.

If you have ever been to our house before, you typically will be welcomed in with jazz music from one of our two vintage radios. This gift would not only be an upgrade to our morning routine, but it will become central part of our dinner parties which we often host right at home.

Our darling 16 year old black lab sheds all year around. Gab takes after her Long Island mother as she aims to make our little bungalow spotless. This powerful machine will keep me (Drew) sane while Gab cleans her little heart out.
