Christian has never -- never!! -- had the opportunity to eat some of Australia's most iconic foods. Meat pies, Aussie burgers (w/ beetroot, fried onions, & fried egg), sausage sizzle, kangaroo schnitzel... You can bet we'll be eating a whole pile of them on our travels.

The kelp forests of South-Eastern Australia are the most productive kelp forests in the world. There's just one small hitch to this dive: the waters are, in Christian's words, "a little sharkey". No worries though, Nicole will just shove her dive buddy in front of her if Bruce shows up.

Christian and Nicole have all these gorgeous pictures -- SCUBA pictures, Kenya pictures, Jelly pictures -- and haven't put a single one of them up on the walls. Criminal! Help them decorate the house with custom canvas wall prints (really big ones!!).

Nicole loves warm water, and Christian loves fish. How could we skip SCUBA diving the Great Barrier Reef? Especially since our chances to do so are rapidly running out...

Jelly needs to be immortalized in pop art. This is not optional.
