On our first "date," we bought a beautiful bike for Marian that David found on Craigslist, then went on a 22-mile ride on the longest day of the year, and we had dinner in West Hartford Center at 10pm. Two months and several hundred miles later, we decided that we wanted to ride together forever!

We have the perfect sofa for growing old and watching the news. But the springs are shot, and the stuffing isn't puffy anymore, and the fabric is faded. So, rather than order something new from Ethan Allen, we want to save our beautiful couch!

The only Resort with white sand beaches we'll see will be from the airplane. For the 2nd half of our honeymoon we are chaperoning a church mission trip, watching over other people's teenagers- so fun!

We plan to spend 8 nights at cozy inns north of Mont-Tremblant

Everything SO French- at least Marian will know what to order! After a hard day in the saddle (or, an easy day on the bike trail), a quiet dinner for two- 8 nights in a row.....

These chairs were originally in The National Cathedral in Washington. David's children have enjoyed them for many years, and now they need a little TLC. They are at the restorer for new rush seats and oil and shellac. The brass plates read June 16, 2018 with the Beers children's monograms
