We're doing a simple airbnb right after our wedding in the Blue Ridge Mountains (early Nov is such an amazing time to be there!), then planning a trip early next year for a tropical destination.

When Brittany was completing grad school in Maryland, our visits always involved hiking. We're still building our joint backpacking and camping kit.

We are die hard dark chocolate lovers and quality chocolate has been a go-to gift/treat over the years.

A contraption to make steak AND waffles...sign us up. Also, apartment living doesn't lend well to outside grilling, so we optimize where we can.

We love to spend time on the balcony! And we have the bites to prove it.

Brittany has shown David an inordinate amount of acro yoga videos for them to try so this gift will make her (& secretly his) dreams a reality.

David has great memories of his mom reading the series to him as a kid. We wanted to have a nice box set that we can read to our kids...

So, we both eat a LOT of eggs. (A perfect Saturday morning for us involves "Dave's Specialty" coffee on the balcony and David making his top secret recipe egg burritos.)
