Thank you for considering a gift for us! As we have been living together for several years and already have most of the things that a newlywed couple might ask for, we would like to request either a monetary contribution to help us purchase our house or gifts that have sentimental value, such as handmade items, heirlooms, etc. We want to emphasize that the biggest gift you can give us is your presence at our wedding and that while any gift is deeply appreciated, we do not want anybody to feel obligated.
