Between Danielle's ultimate frisbee problem and Kai's new-found interest in rugby, sore muscles need some relaxing.

We love to spend summers at North Avenue Beach in Chicago, and it looks like so much fun to zip around on Lake Michigan.

We've found yoga to be a great way to heal the body and soul. And since Danielle can barely touch her toes and Kai seems to pull his hamstring every year, we can use the stretching.
