After finding mushrooms, mold, and mildew growing in the downstairs of Mike's house, renovation was no longer a want but a need. We gutted and replaced ALL the framing, got an engineer stamp of approval on our redesigned floor plan, moved the load bearing wall 💪, replaced the HVAC system (death by our old HVAC insulation shown in pic), and so much more. And even more to come. We sometimes wonder if Home Depot and Lowes are going to start charging us rent.

Destination TBD due to COVID-19 restrictions. Open to suggestions. We'll likely stay domestic. Initial thought is to consider visiting the Keys or a national park ~T+6 months from our wedding date.
