Our registry is a bit different than others. We’re lucky to already have a lot of the household items we need. So while we still have a few tangible items on the registry, we’ve focused on a few other areas: *A Newlywed and honeymoon fund—to help us start our marriage and our future off right as we start to think about buying a home and starting a family. *Airfare—because we travel so often to see beloved family and friends out of state. *We have selected two charities—one to help the people of Puerto Rico and one to help Chicago students right here in our own city. United for Puerto Rico is an initiative brought forth by the First Lady of Puerto Rico, Beatriz Rosselló, in collaboration with the private sector, with the purpose of providing aid and support to those affected in Puerto Rico by the passage of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane María. 100% of the proceeds will go to helping the victims affected by these natural disasters in Puerto Rico.
