Creating a space that feels communal and warm is one of the ways we feel most loved by one another and try to love others well. We want our apartment to be a place that’s open — a dessert on the kitchen counter, a bottle of wine ready to be opened, and a plate of food that can be easily put together. If you’ve visited either of our apartments, you’ll know that we both have a habit for collecting art and artifacts. Whether trash-picked Mikkeler signs, flea market pennants, or prints from Hudson Valley, we love the power of physical objects to mark moments in time.
