We recently purchased our first home and are absolutely loving it! It’s already feeling like home but there are some projects that we’d like to accomplish to turn it into our dream home. One of the biggest projects we’d like to do is improve the efficiency of our home by adding more insulation to our attic, switching to an electric water heater, and purchasing new blinds for the many windows that will keep in the heat. Is it fun or exciting? Not particularly. But, it would greatly help reduce our monthly expenses (especially in the winter). Other dreams include adding a fence to our backyard for Mogul (and to keep out other dogs/deer who like to leave unwanted “gifts”) and renovating/expanding our kitchen very small kitchen. We appreciate any contributions to our home!

Collin (and increasingly Annika) is an avid Celtics fan. The two would love to attend a high profile game next season!
