The Greater Milwaukee Urban League is a non-profit org that offers programs in education and employment that open doors to opportunities that give individuals and families the chance to improve their lives and their community. Their advocacy and civic engagement efforts tackle serious issues impacting the community and seek partnerships and solutions to successfully address them. The Andrews family has been intimately involved with the Urban League for years.

HoopsHome is a non-profit organization that benefits young athletes who are making the transition from their home countries to the U.S. to pursue education and athletic opportunities. While most of the athletes hail from Africa, the org helps those from all over the globe. Estevan works with the organization on several projects and much of his PhD research is centered around the same young people this organization seeks to help.

Beat The Streets Chicago is a non-profit organization that serves Chicago's youth through the sport of wrestling. BTS serves as the primary out-of-school club for hundreds of K-12 wrestlers throughout the city. They also provide pathways and enrichment so that young people can successfully grapple with life's challenges. Estevan owes much of his life to the sport of wrestling and believes strongly in BTS's mission.
