Building Collective co-living with an open floor plan of which residents have access to each floors communal living and dining spaces. Built intentionally to foster healthy community with shared workspace, rec and dining allowing for more economically sustainable living. Scope of project includes: 1) Architectural drawings & permitting. 2) Removing entry doorways to each floor and opening walls to bring in more light - 3 floors. 3) Removing front bedroom wall to expand living room space (structural bracing consult needed) - 2 floors. 3) Adding wall to split larger bedroom to create two single bedrooms - 3 floors. 4) Adding a swinging door to separate bedroom/kitchen from living rooms. - 3 floors. 5) Open first floor boarded up window (sheetrock). Add window into the already pre-established brick structure. - 1 floor.
