Our final night in Sedona will be all about soaking up the tranquil beauty of the resort before heading out to begin our southwest roadtrip.

Back in the summer of 1966, Jimmy Pionke started working the original "Jimmy's", a Chicago Style hot dog and Italian Beef stand on the Northwest side of Chicago. It was owned by Jim Devaney for over 30 years and was famous throughout the city for fast service, friendly staff and mouthwatering Italian Beef, Italian Sausage, and gourmet quality Vienna all beef hot dogs, Polish sausages and fresh cut, deep fried French fries. Outfitted in hard hat, miner’s headlamp and a yellow slicker, thousands of Bisbee visitors ride into the Queen Mine Tour each year—heading underground and back in time. Tour guides, retired Phelps Dodge employees, lead the group 1,500 feet into the mine and recount mining days, techniques, dangers and drama.

Right in the center of downtown, this boutique hotel restaurant has such a unique vibe - vibrant colors, fresh plants, eclectic light fixtures and a creative menu. There are plenty of vegan/vegetarian options which was such a nice surprise. We sampled a handful of drinks from their cocktail menu and each one was delicious. My husband and I both ended up getting the chicken gyro and I got the vegan version. It was great and I'm excited to try something new next time. The menu was unique, the service was excellent, and the restaurant provided a great ambiance for a downtown date night. The social distancing was well enforced and the staff all wore masks at all times. We can't wait to come back with friends!"
