This is our local animal rescue and shelter. Christa has been donating and giving to them for years and after Rudy passed, they accepted all of his old beds, toys, and food and passed them to other deserving dogs. Every dog deserves love and should be spoiled.

We are going to Merida this December for our honeymoon. The adventures include cooking, restaurants, ruins, cenotes, flamingos, jungles, and beaches. We can’t wait…the adventures await!

Christmas decorations have very special meaning to Christa…she and her family love Christmas and she celebrates each year with new theme and new decorations each year, and she has shared this with me and my mom, Shubh. This year we will be in Merida for the Christmas markets and are hoping to make it a special Christmas for our new family.

Amit loves to cook (and so do I), but he loves to explore new foods and techniques. We’ve found a cooking class in Merida that would be a perfect way to celebrate his love of cooking and bring our honeymoon memories to the future.

It’s time…we’ve decided Christa can finally get a new dog. We haven’t agreed exactly on when and who…she says the dog chooses us. (I didn’t get the reference…maybe some of you do??)
