Some of our favorite moments together are spent sitting in the yard with the dogs, admiring the gardens with our ducks waddling around. We have big dreams of more animals one day, but for now we are always excited to garden in the space we have, forage locally, and craft/DIY everything from pickles to dog toys. Homestead funds will be spent towards animal costs, garden costs, and supplies costs for canning, quilting, and whatever else needs to be fixed around here.

We are committed to reducing waste, and purchase most things second-hand from Goodwill as well as local thrift stores. Rather than register for brand new houseware, we plan to purchase as much possible second-hand. This includes cookware, furniture, and linens.

This fall 2025, Eve starts a two year RN program through Motlow State Community College. It will be her first return to school since graduating with her Bachelors in 2019, and she is excited! We would love your financial support as she transitions from full-time work to full-time school.
