We bought our little house in Richfield in 2024 and we would love to keep updating the home with necessities, maintenance, and upgrades throughout the time we live there! This year we plan to upgrade our lawn and landscaping, eventually we want to finish the basement, update our basement windows, and probably get a new AC and furnace in the next few years.

We are planning a road trip to see Niagra Falls, Lake Placid, Lake Champlain, Lake Winnipesaukee, and Coastal Maine! We've taken a road trip out to the Pacific Northwest and now we want to do the North East!

Now that we had two huge dead trees removed, it's our goal to bring our lawn back to life and add gardens! This will be an ongoing process of leveling, seeding, growing grass, adding perennial plants, and creating a veggie garden!

This will help with our insulation and keeping our house warmer! Plus adding an egress window so we can legally have a 3 bedroom house.

One of our home update plans is to install a dishwasher (we are tired of hand washing dishes!) and swap our electric stove for a gas one!

We love going to concerts and comedy shows in and around Minneapolis!
