We bought our first house in 2024 and have loved every moment of fixing it up and making it feel like home. However one major expense that is coming up in the next year or two is that we will need to pay for a new house roof.

We are hoping to use this fund to do special things on the honeymoon trip (go from economy to business class seats, a nice dinner or two, scheduled excursions, etc)
