Hi friends and family, as most of you know we love to travel and it is something that has brought us together as a couple. Right after we met, we took a week-long bike trip (Aja's first) down the Oregon coast. We have also lived in Mexico and visit friends there frequently. Because of our shared interest in travel and cycling we are primarily asking for gifts that will allow us to have our dream honeymoon. We are planning a trip to New Zealand for December of 2019 where we will spend a few days in Aukland and then do a bike packing trip on the northern island. We plan on spending about 4-5 days on our mountain bikes exploring New Zealand's beautiful coastline, and enjoying the wineries we happen upon along the way. Hopefully this will also be a celebration trip for Aja's completion of her dissertation. Also, as most of you know we move a lot and we are still waiting to see where we will end up long term. One of the reasons we aren't asking for many household items is for this very reason. If contributing to our honeymoon fund is not an option, we totally understand and want you to know that your presence at our wedding is more than we could ever ask for.
