Joshua and Lauren wish to travel back to Japan for their honeymoon since their trip was cut significantly short the first time around. Please feel free to donate to any of our “Cash Funds” to help us get back to Japan, around Japan or experience Japan.

A traditional tea ceremony, most famously the Japanese Chanoyu, is a highly ritualized and mindful preparation and serving of matcha (powdered green tea). It emphasizes four core principles: harmony, respect, purity, and tranquility. The process is a choreographed art, guided by a host who meticulously prepares the tea for guests in a special tearoom, with activities including a cleansing ritual for guests, serving sweets, and the careful preparation and whisking of the tea.

General honeymoon fund will be used for everday meals in Japan, travel around Japan, admission to shrines and temples, museum admissions, any additional costs that come up while traveling, and all the Matcha customs will allow Lauren to bring back. Hopefully hospital bills will not occur this time.
