WE WANT TO GO TO ALASKA!!
Oddly enough, it took six years for us to find out that seeing the Aurora Borealis (or the Northern Lights) was on both of our "bucket lists". We know that we will be VERY cold, but the best viewing time for this natural phenomenon is during Alaska's Winter months and we are both so excited to be checking this adventure off our travel list!
We are hoping to stay in a small ski town just South of Anchorage for the Alaskan coastal experience, then make our way up to Fairbanks for some of the best aurora viewing areas in the state.
