As you may know, Julia graduated with a MA in Cultural Anthropology and a focus on cultural heritage protection. Julia continues this work through her involvement with the Penn Cultural Heritage Center whose mission is to frame the preservation of cultural heritage within a context of social, political, and economic development. All money collected will be donated to the Penn Cultural Heritage Center to continue their critical work in educating and saving cultural heritage around the world. If you've never been to our house to watch Nick casually solving complex math puzzles at the kitchen table...well, you're missing out. Nick has always had a talent for math, and it was fostered in part by his participation in "MATHCOUNTS" in middle school. The MATHCOUNTS Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that reaches students in grades 6-8 in all US states and territories with 3 extracurricular math programs. More than a quarter million students participate in their programs or use their resources each year. This program is incredibly near and dear to Nick, and your donation will help a new crop of middle schoolers love math too!

There is little in life Nick and Julia love more than their rescue animals (the main exception POSSIBLY being each other). Chairman, TJ, and Ox are fixtures of their household and frankly, their lives pretty much revolve around them. Your donation to the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area will help support rescue animals, sponsor low cost spay and neuter clinics, and enhance pet owner educational programs.
