I've never tried programmable coffee before, but it would be amazing to have coffee waiting for me when my alarm goes off in the am!

We were spoiled with fresh squeezed orange juice on the street in Chile, and we would love to be able to make it at home too.

Talk about indulgent - but now I can leave the headlamp inside and still not risk overcooking the meat!

We're hoping for a few more sunrises like this one. We don't know exactly where we're headed, but we'll probably be somewhere in Europe enjoying the gorgeous views! We hear awesome things about the food, accommodations and culture in the refugios!

By night #2, we'll be excited to get to the refugio and enjoy a glass of red wine and delicious dinner!

I'm sure the vista from refugio #3 will be amazing. We can't wait to see it!

By night for I'll definitely be ready for a shower- maybe refugio #4 even has running water!?

Night 5 will be our grand finale before we head out of the mountains and back to slightly different accommodations...
